All 19-25 tickets are available to purchase via the MCard Mobile app and are stored on your iOS or Android device. When using a 19-25 ticket, proof of entitlement may be required. Your 19-25 or Student PhotoCard, a passport, driver’s licence or NUS card are accepted forms of identification.
If you’re a full-time mature student you must carry a 19-25 or Student Photocard to prove entitlement to use 19-25 or Student tickets.
You must buy and activate 19-25 tickets before your 26th birthday (unless you can prove entitlement as a full-time student). Once activated, they remain valid for the full duration. When turning 26 years old, check out our flexible, great value adult ticket range.
*Unlimited travel on any bus or train excludes special services
