CrossCountry - planned Industrial Action on Saturday 6, 13, 20 and  27 December. Information is available on CrossCountry website

Transpennine Route Upgrade - Upcoming Closures

• On Sundays 16 and 30 November, there will be no trains between Deighton and Mossley. Therefore, there will be no trains through Huddersfield. Rail Replacement Buses will be operating.
• Tuesday 23 and Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December work is taking place between Dewsbury and Huddersfield. Trains will run to an amended timetable and some services may be diverted. Rail replacement buses will also be in operation. Customers should check their journey before travelling. Services on Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve) will finish earlier than usual.
• Ravensthorpe Rail station will be closed from Sunday 14 December and will reopen Summer 2028
• Deighton Rail Station closed from Saturday, 30 August 2025 and will reopen during 2027
