Elland Road Blue Badge holders criteria and application
Blue Badge holders may apply for a FREE annual permit to park at Elland Road.
When applying for a permit please send documentary evidence of Personal Independent Payment (PIP) entitlement along with a photograph of the front and back of the blue badge to facilitiesassetsadmin@westyorks-ca.gov.uk. In applying for a Blue Badge Permit, you agree as a permit holder to adhere to the terms and conditions.
Blue Badge permits are to only be used when the Blue Badge holder is in attendance and is only valid for use within a vehicle of 7 seats or below. Where a Blue Badge holder attends the car park in a vehicle of 8 seats or more, pay on the day parking will be applicable. Alternatively, you are able to apply for a paid annual permit.
To park in the Elland Road car park the Blue Badge needs to be in date and visible along with the Blue Badge Permit while using the car park.
Elland Road car park is a private car park, you may therefore be asked by security personnel to show the photograph side of the Blue Badge to confirm the holder is within the vehicle wishing to park. Where the Blue Badge holder is not in attendance the vehicle will need to pay on the day parking or find alternative parking.
